Micanite is a kind of high temperature resistant plate material,mainly made of mica paper and organic silicone water bonding,heating,pressing.Among them,the content of mica is about 90%,and the content of organic silicone water is 10%.This material has excellent high temperature resistance and electrical insulation properties.Mica plate can be divided into soft mica plate,molded mica plate,commutator mica plate and gasket mica plate etc.Mainly used for baking sheet-like insulating materials.The soft mica plate is soft under normal conditions and can be bent at will without breaking.The molded mica plate is a hard plate-like material at room temperature,which becomes soft after heating and can be further heated and pressurized into insulating components of different shapes.Commutator mica plate is mainly used as insulation gasket between DC motor commutator copper plates,requiring uniform thickness,high density,low delamination rate,and small shrinkage under high temperature and high pressure.Gasket mica plate has high mechanical strength,can withstand cutting,impact and other mechanical processing,no stratification,splitting phenomenon,suitable for motors,electrical insulation gaskets,gaskets and valve arrester parts.
